Delivery Policies
Online orders must be received by 9am for same-day delivery.  Most times we can deliver same-day until at least noon , but you will need to call us to confirm. (816) 444-7200
We deliver Monday-Saturday starting at 9am until deliveries are done for the day.  We will do our best to accommodate specific times for deliveries, but cannot guarantee unless you call to confirm. 
If your recipient is not at home, we will tag their door, leave a phone message and redeliver when we hear back from them. We will attempt to deliver to a neighbor if possible.  
We do not leave deliveries unless instructed to do so, at your own risk and only if conditions are appropriate.

Deliveries have a charge of $10 to $17 based on the recipient's delivery location. Out of town orders have a $22 service and delivery charge. 

Availability and Substitutions
We will do our very best to deliver an bouquet just like the one you see online.  Unfortunately, due to the fresh nature of our product and the whims of Mother Nature, some flowers and colors might not be available on any given day.   Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available. In this event, we will design an arrangement of similar flowers of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.  If you require specific flowers or colors, please call us to confirm availability.
